Intensive In Home Services are a short term therapeutic service for children, adolescents, and teens who are at risk of out-of-home placement due to behavioral health challenges. The use of in home support and interventions provided by qualified mental health professionals seek to prevent out-of-home placement and build a healthy family unit.
MHSB is a community based service that is goal oriented to provide adults suffering from mental health challenges achieve and maintain stability and independence within the community. Our team of professionals will provide linkage to community resources in managing psychiatric symptoms and developing medication management services as needed. Our team strive to obtain positive results by developing an individualized treatment plan specific to each client's need, providing educational training empowering the client to increase their overall quality of life, and coordinating care with other professionals to assist the client to reach their fullest potential.
